At Scitron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
